    Appreciate you inside insight, but the bit that does not site easy with me is the "To prove a crime they'd need to prove intent," ??? so if someone wrongly puts money into your account its leagal to keep it, that's what your saying isn't it? If you did not take it, but were wrongly given it, its ok?
