If you're mentally weak enough to need a drug o "lubricate the wheels of your life" then I'd suggest you have a problem. Drink in moderation is absolutely fine but suggesting, as you have, that its basically a necessity is ridiculous.

I stopped drinking 10 years ago and don't regret it for a second.
