    Well have managed the first two months of 2013 without a drink, and to be honest it has been a lot easier than I thought it would be. Think the summer will be much more challenging though, with BBQ's and lazy days sitting in pub gardens ahead of me. Still so far so good

    Thanks mate. Good luck with the marathon too. Fitness is a huge motivator behind my quitting too.

    My wife says I make bad decisions when drunk, so to prove her wrong I agreed to not drink for 2013. Not quite sure how it all came about as I was drunk at the time I agreed. Guess she has a point :)

    Fairly regularly. Wine in week. Few lunchtime beers if in London. Beers on Brighton home games. Most of my socialising is done whilst boozing. Gonna be a challenge for sure

    Am packing in drinking for 2013. Has anybody ever done anything like this themselves? Reckon its gonna be quite a challenge.
