What happens when you make a claim and it gets rejected for non disclosure? And your left not being paid out or your wrecked non repairable car?

Appreciate you sentiments, unfortunately for younger drivers, ie my son & daughter they are significantly cheaper than any others, for my son £950 nearest to them was £1230 and daughter was £2000 against £2400. and seeing as Im paying its a saving of over £800 so i will have to live with them!

I thought they only allowed each individual to attend one of these instead of a speeding offence, or were yours due to accidents you were involved in?

You are still supposed to tell your insurers that you have been on a speed awareness course and premiums will increase as a result. But most seemed to think because you have done it instead of having 3 points you don't need to. If in the event of a claim they discover that you have not disclosed...
