Goal music, the ritual with the scorer's name, the "Ultras", a slum of a ground...

We have to allow small clubs that punch above their weight their day in the sun. We can't deny them that. They live off 11000 paying punters plus whatever the away club brings. Clubs like Wigan and Palace do incredibly well but why they have to have teenagers banging drums and goal music to show...

My family were a part of the 34000 crowd against Rochdale, and also drilled on the Goldstone before being shot at on the Western front, so may i suggest you go bang a drum with your other 12000 fans.

A large part of your support is from the separate city of Croydon, a small town until after the war and a place that is its own city. That is I think why lots of people in London dont consider palace a proper London club. If you live Catford then you will know that most around there who support...

And a future where our players are paid for by our revenue so we at least wont have to screw our creditors unlike some clubs we could mention

Firstly mate, the west stand creates the real noise at the amex and having been in the away end, the west is impressive as anywhere and louder than the Kop (having seen both). If you really want a drum the p!ss off to palace and support a tin pot joke club like them

I feel sorry for the 4000/5000 palace fans that stayed with them through the early mid 80s. Since the Coppell years they had a load f JCL support them and it must be a nightmare to have the foam hands, drum banging and goal music.

Leaving aside the odd comment about Arsenal to a club that got 34,000 at home to Rochdale, I agree that Brighton have and always have had a nasty element in its away support. Wolves this year and west Ham last year as well as examples at Chesterfield, Brentford and Southend to name but a few...

Learn some history, when Brighton won the Charity Shield, it meant something. If you are from Tooting then I'm surprised you are not Chelsea or Fulham like most down there. Palace were created a suburban club and remain a small suburban club that struggle to get 13000 paying punters through the...

Unlike palace fans mate, i live in proper London, not some watford type Surrey suberb and so I didnt have a "day out in south london". As far as schooling the Albion then come back when you are ahead in the head to head and also have a major trophy in your history.

Goal music and a teenager with a drum. Tin pot club that we should really put to the sword but instead we give them our leading goal scorer and replace him with a strike force who couldn't hit a cows arse with banjo.
