Your right,also if in Brighton plenty of hills,find a down hill one first to warm up,then a gradual one to build up preferably with a steep incline at the top and then a down hill section again to warm down.
The type of work i do means i never have too,too tired to get down the gym.
I get a good work out every day.
Ps is there scantily clad young ladies down your gym that sort of make the visits of going less of a chore :lolol:
