He's achieved the first of 3 objectives IMO which is getting us out of L1. I'm very happy with us in the Champs but obv want us in Prem, but have no timeframe. I suspect he might go at the end of this season if we don't make at least play offs and will cite a lack of funds. He's a good Manager...
