Ive been to prague 3 times. Have always travelled with no where to stay(bit more exciting) tho do your homework,there are many sites that have hostels,b&b(pensions)appartments and hotels. Ive stayed in pensions, tho appartments around prague are cheap enough(last time i went ) 3 of us £15 each...
