People pointed to the carefully worded nature of his Mattock thread (where he said mattock was to sign for us) when people pointed out mattock hadn't signed ("sitch said 'to sign', not that he had, clearly he was going to, but changed his mind at the last minute") You can't claim he is careful...
Reading your post back, I can see what you mean, but "the evening announcements" apparently can be (easily mis-)read as 'the(this) evening's announcement'.
Agreed. I feel like I come across as if I'm constantly attacking Sitch for what he posts, but I don't mean to. I simply mean to highlight the truth about his accuracy so people can make an informed choice of whether to believe him or not.
Huh? Sitch said he had signed. Last night's news shows he didn't. Mellotron praised sitch saying his reputation is growing. Peteward couldn't understand why mellotron would say that. I was suggesting perhaps mellotron was being sarcastic.

On the mattock thread I explain in...
No, he didn't. He said someone (and refused to name that person) was visiting the amex and if he signed it would be big news.

I haven't said he isn't "in the know", just that what he shares has either gone nowhere, or is things that had been discussed on this board before he posted it. I'm not a particular critic of sitch, as I explained in the mattock/trotter thread. Just covering the accuracy of what he has posted in...
No he didn't.
He started a thread saying "someone is here at the amex, if he signs it will be great". No names from sitch. Other posters guessed it was CMS, because at this point everyone knew we were in for him, any way.
His accuracy was covered in the original mattock to sign +trotter...
