Why bother. We want the best atmosphere we can at the Amex. No-one is in danger. Anyone who wants to sit behind a goal can move to the South. The North Stand drives the atmosphere - let them get on with it.
That sounds the sensible approach. If they need to - look as though they are doing it. Meantime offer those in the North Stand that do complain about not being able to sit first dibs in the South Stand. And let the North Stand be - they can carry on creating the atmosphere the rest of us...
They could also conceivably draw a softer line and simply turn a blind eye. Like they do to the away fans, and like they do to the back four rows. Like other clubs do.

It is trouble for the sake of it. Allowing four rows to stand signalled that standing was going to be tolerated. What did they think was going to happen. Now the match-day experience at the stadium is going to be affected whilst the opposite stand are allowed to stand all game. It makes no sense...
