What I meant was we may have insisted they pay in advance or we wouldn't release the tickets. They were 100% going to sell out so would have meant Pompey being £50k down for a few days.

None if us know what Albion agreed with Portsmouth. They may have paid in advance.

Presumably if Portsmouth haven't handed over the cash before the game we can just cancel the tickets and resell them to Albion supporters.

Still don't see why they should be paid in full. I don't believe a landlord ranks any higher than anyone else.

One positive thing I noticed is that the court appointed the Administrator suggested by HMRC not Adronikou who Portsmouth wanted and who appears to be entwined in the whole saga. I don't understand the continued involvement of the two previous owners. What has it got to do with them any more...

I bet HMRC (i.e us) don't see a penny of it.

I would imagine the £2.5m disappeared a bit sharpish (not to HMRC) and as the administrator can't see anything else on the horizon he has decided to pull the plug. A lot of assumptions I know but I bet not far off the truth.
