I emailed the ticket office yesterday before mine arrived, their reply was "If it hasn't arrived by Sat's post just pop in to the AMEX Ticket Officice and we can reprint it for you."

woo-hoo. the seagull has landed. Tickets just arrived. My guess is because the club sub-contract the mail-out to a company in Burgess Hill who send the whole lot out on one day to minimalise costs and the cheapest time to do that was after it had sold out.
