Why is someone a fuckwit for wanting to have the choice of safe standing at Premier League or Championship level football? In every other spectator sport in the UK spectators are allowed to stand, we have the technology now, so why can't we have the choice of safe standing at football grounds?

Yes you would have to pay to upgrade the ticket, plus I think an admin fee.

You can do this if you buy a PSL. At our presentation on Tuesday I asked whether you could upgrade an U10 to an Adult ticket if you don't get a PSL, the man I asked then went over to Scottish Paul from the ticket office and he came back and said that yes you would be able to do this.
