If your brother and dad want to share the ticket then they will have to make sure they hand over the smartcard and then give it back. Shouldn't be a problem, strictly speaking not allowed, but blind eyes are being turned etc. As for the travel vouchers these will be sold separately in season...
I would imagine that they would not make a presentation booking without being confident of having something to sell. So if you have a presentation booked I think you'll be ok.
I would have thought with 12,000 seats left to sell there will be plenty of prime seats left for your friend. If we didn't have the plus 3's we'd have a worryingly low level of sales at this point.
There are plenty of decent seats left I wouldn't worry about securing a good seat. This is still the early days for sales and even by the end of the next week good seats will still be available. Despite the outward show of confidence and bravado from the club I suspect they are still sweating on...
For those worried about West Upper availability there seemed to be plenty of good seats. The central two blocks are very busy but head towards the wings and there are seats in the front ten rows or so. The presentation was brief but enjoyable and the ticket buying process was very simple indeed...
