As I recall, the original plan was to be flogging the 1901 memberships until June 2011. They have clearly understimated the demand and are now having to rethink thie rplans on the hoof. That's fine as long as it's being done in the long term interest of the club, which I'm sure it is.
I don't think anyone who has the best interest of the club at heart could be anything other than delighted that the 1901 club sales have gone so well. The potential at our club is astonishing and this is tangible evidence (take note Steve "Miserable bastard" Foster) of that.

That I agree with. Happy to see these people chip more into the pot if they can afford it - we'll all benefit from better players on the pitch wherever we sit!

1901 Club are paying over the odds, much of it up front. There are clear and necessary financial reasons for the club doing this. I'm thrilled that the club has done this so well that they have had to find more "expensive" seats to sell. All this will help our great club to grow and thrive.
