    It's nice, but strong mind, wouldn't want to be on it all night. Bishops is Loverrly. But white dwarf is even better.

    That's rancid. I do love elderflower in my ale and very occasionally some of the niche ones with a hint of lime or strawberry. But those flavours sound horrible.

    I've heard about people brewing in their own shed. Thats about as micro as they come.

    I've just done the tour now tasting all their bar. I've got to say Decade is a lovely pale citrusy number, black bess stout is nice, pioneer is ok-ish, centurinons ghost is a dark strong ale, very nice. :thumbsup:

    I guess micro's wouldn't be selling bottles in supermarkets. They tend to keep it small scale. And by keeping it small scale they keep that home made flavour rather than the horrible mass produced flavour that those who sell out tend to end up. Titanic is a good one :thumbsup:

    Obviously most of you are impartial towards Harvey's or darkstar. But what is your fave micro-brewery from the wider country? Maybe you've encountered then on the road, at an away game for example. My favourite has to be the The Headless Brewing Co. Others being: marble brewery, townhouse...
