I would imagine that people taking non-essential journeys will find an alternative rather than being rammed in with a large amount of football fans. I think it is going to be quite chaotic for the first few months, at least!

I was musing about this this morning. Are there four, four carriage trains an hour? Presumably the capacity is around 80-100 per carriage. So the maximum shipping would be 1,600 fans per hour. I assume upgrading Falmer Station is out of the question. Do we have access to 2,500 car parking...
