Yep, for the first game of the season after 3 months of no games I might add. Not really sure why I'm restarting this thread as so many of you have biten. But if the stats are correct from CharltonLife, we had on average 300 more fans at away games last season than you. Nuff said really...

Well said, I wasn't trying to compare the two clubs. I just found it bizarre that there were a few Brighton fans giving us stick on our boards for usually incorrect attendances! No erection on my part, just merely proving a point that we are better supported than you give us credit for.

It's a chance a loyal fan takes, I've done it a few times! Enjoy your cup final next week, I was almost tempted to go myself as a lot of non Brighton supporting friends have tickets and offered me one. It'll be a great day out though I'm sure.

Irrelevant. We took a similar number there last season on a Tues night when the game was postponed not once, but twice! The pitch was in a dire state apparently towards the end of the game so the weather clearly hadn't completely cleared.
