3rd Ashes Test Match: Edgbaston - 30 July to 3 August

Unless the Aussies declare and hope to bowl us out cheaply I am sure the paying ciustomers will not miss much. Would assume Ponting will let Clarke get his ton then call it a day.

3rd Ashes Test Match: Edgbaston - 30 July to 3 August

It is obviously going to be a draw so can't the captains agree and call it a day now. I would take Flintoff off and bring on the 12th man as Freddie will not be needed to bowl anymore.

3rd Ashes Test Match: Edgbaston - 30 July to 3 August

The follow on was 2/3rd of score or 200 runs, they must have changed it and I had not realised.

3rd Ashes Test Match: Edgbaston - 30 July to 3 August

When we have passed the follow on figure then Beefy could be right but Onions got 2 wickets with first 2 balls so Bell or Strauss and Collingwood and anything is possible, unlikely but possible.

3rd Ashes Test Match: Edgbaston - 30 July to 3 August

I am sure that Ponting will be thinking along those lines also.

3rd Ashes Test Match: Edgbaston - 30 July to 3 August

Botham says only 2 possible results 1. A draw 2. England win by gettinga 200 + lead and then bowling Aussies out. What about us being bowled out very quick and even possibly having to follow on.
