Saturday was 11-a-side.
I have been informed that if we want to play 11-a-side on astroturf we can use St Paul's school in Burgess Hill(opposite the Triangle).
Would this be better?
Only just. I bet you still have a fridge in your garden.
I would rather play in Brighton, but I don't know of any pitches here (places like Portslade, Waterhall and Whitehawk are just as hard to get to than Hassocks if you don't own a car).
Because there isn't anything to book in Brighton, and if there was, you would still moan seeing as you are comng from ome pikey little village in Kent. :jester:
True.
But other than that the referee had a good game.
I was a bit worried at first when he turned up in full kit and starting doing exercises to warm up his pointing hand.
I don't think we had anyone above six foot tall and you are six foot six at least.
Had we thought you were going to score we would probably have got someone to pull your shorts down or something.
Good penalty though.
I think that was probably a joke.
Those of you who haven't played us before will be unaware that Rich can start an argument in an empty room and if he can't find an oppenent to moan at he will moan at one of his own players.
However, if he had not kept us entertained we would all have gone to...
