I worked in Uncle Sam's in 1988/89. Amazed it seems to be thriving. I always thought its home made chilli sauce was , and still is, the best burger chilli sauce i've ever had. Wonder if they still use the same recipe. Is it still up to scratch @Tom Hark Preston Park ?
