Being a frequent Uncle Sams visitor to both Burgess Hill and Carden Avenue branches, I can whole-heartedly vouch for the chilli sauce. Bloomin beautiful it is. As it always was. I believe they'll even sell you a tub of it nowadays :unclesam:

Apologies for bouncing old thread but... a new Uncle Sams is shortly to open in Furnace Green, Crawley, and is currently advertising for staff. Tremendous to see the doyen of hamburger chains seemingly expanding again :clap: :unclesam:
