Now they are getting service from Knocky and Murphy with ample support in midfield and backup in Kaz and Jiri, we look a lot more threatening. We have Baldock, Hemed, Zamora and Wilson. I think we are good now unless a gem comes along.
Love we are bidding for top players but worried we are over stretching. Having seen other teams bomb out after going for broke, cant help but feel nervous.
Am I alone in this unsettling mix of emotions?
I know and understand people feeling down about the transfers, but I can't actually panic. TB has b invested 150 mill minimum in the club, he is not going to spunk that because we need to save 10 million in transfer fees. I look back at previous years when Jason Peake arriving was big news, or...
We have had a few, and was wondering what is peoples favourite.
Ulloa v Forest
Wilkins v Ipswich
Virgo v Swindon
Are there any others?
I still love the Wilkins FK above the other two (not sure why).
Also, can't remember too many last minute disasters, but might just have erased them from my...

If this happened at most other clubs of our size and position I am pretty sure a much bigger fuss would have been...
I know our losses were 8 million ish, but was any of that due to things like AITC, Youth training facilities or repayment to TB. Ffp ignores the first 2 and as I understand it, the club does not 'have' to pay any amount to TB if it cannot.
In other words if we looked like goibg over the ffp...
Still at least I can relax asleep for a few hours.
I would just like to say, whatever happens tonight and in the other leg - No Regrets, Albion Forever.....
Just thinking that I first started on the mailing list, then the gjc site, until it eventually morphed into this. Signed up in 1996/7 as I recall, which may mean that some of our younger members weren't even conceived when I made my first post. Next juvenile post and it could be 'I was posting...
We played a good prem side and got beaten comfortably, but in the last few years, that was how we looked against good championship sides, but we have beaten them. It feels like we have taken a step up in a bizaar sort of way. Looking for positives
