6.30 for me. Have to thank Malcolm Stuart for 2 sessions of physio on my achilles to get me to the start line. Ran 14 miles but then had to walk the last 12. Note to self : don't buy new trainers 1 month before the race and then don't break them in gradually !

I'm running Brighton too. Arnica cream and ice baths for the feet for the next couple of nights though , as may have some inflammation around ankles/achilles . This course of action has been prescribed by the very helpful Jog Shop staff ! I'll be fine on the day - he says trying to convince...
