The club say this Sports Bar and Grill meet up is a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street station but Google Maps has it as taking 17 minutes. Am I missing something?
Asking on the off chance, if anyone has a spare ticket/s come up for the Worthing v Dorking game tomorrow, please let me know.
I missed the announcement of when they went on sale and they quickly sold out.
So at it stands I'll be watching in the Venue5 bar at the bowling club next door.
Is that a true running figure then? How many STH and hospitality tickets are there?
I bought two together at tge same time the other day and they were numbered 1725 and 1741
I'm a Worthing based Albion STH but go to the odd Worthing game here and there.
I bought a ticket this evening for Eastbourne on Good Friday. Will be the first time I've seen them play away.
Further to that, if anyone has a spare ticket/s for Worthing v Dorking on Easter Monday, let me know...
I didn't say I believe we win more key games than we lose.
It's what your defining as 'key'. It very much feels you're say winning a 3rd or 4th round cup tie isn't a key game but losing in the quarter final is.
FA Cup 3rd and 4th rounds are very much key games, given its a knockout competition.
You can lose a league game like tonight but still go on to achieve the target.
You're simply picking and choosing 'key' games which we've lost rather than acknowledging key games we've won
Scoring in the last secs to lose 2-1 is quite the opposite of bottling in it, when that goal equalised the aggregate score and saw us win on penalties.
When Adam Virgo scored that very memorable goal, I certainly didn't think we'd bottled it
And as for the Millwall quarter final - really? We...
I get the passing interest thing. Guess it's more the random people a long way out of area, or those who claim to be supporters and go on to ask who we were playing
Wearing Albion colours, I can't be the only one who regularly gets stopped, sometimes hours after a game, and asked how 'we' or Brighton got on.
If that person was a genuine fellow supporter or had an interest in the result, they would've taken steps to find out, rather than chancing coming in...
