So by my take the Fulham win slightly increases the odds on missing out on Europe, But the Chelsea loss slightly increases the chances of making UCL, so swings and roundabouts
Def not the case currently but imagine where it does happen it’s less “deliberately not trying” and more “doing their own thing which is different to what the manager asked”
I think it depends - I went from 91kg to 62kg from October 2019 - July 2020, slowly crept back up to 90+ over four years, might it have stayed off if I'd lost it slower? maybe?
I think a lot depends on how much you've got to lose, the reason you put it on in the first place, external stress...
OK first Wednesday weigh in from me!
Starting weight - 80.8KG / 12 Stone 10
Current weight - 77.1KG / 12 Stone 2
Total lost - 3.7KG / 8 pounds
Worth saying that’s through a combo of much less food and drink than the last month and a lot of dog walking and Zwift but no crazy restrictive diet...
Good start here as well, almost too good that I doubted the scales initially.
But as others have said much better to judge where you are a week in rather than a few days, but let’s where we are on Wed!
i think the fact Fab starting him yesterday ahead of Gruda shows he rates him.
When people recover from the injuries hopefully there’ll be less need for him to play on the right and will help avoid us running Mitoma into the ground again like we’ve done in the past
Think it’s all gonna depend on how the injuries between now and the Jan window fall on the squad. It’s naive to think everyone will be fit all the time.
Taking him off turned out to be the right thing to do but people are being a little harsh on him.
There’s were two or three misplaced passes he made where if the execution had been fractionally better would have put the team in some excellent positions.
