To watch England lift the Ashes and stuff it up the arrogant Aussies would be worth it WHATEVER the situation weather intertuptions or not. I have a spare ticket and could probably get some serious money for it but I've given it to my mate who loves his cricket , we'll be wearing our Albion tops...
I have a feeling you never went to The Goldstone in the the late 70's or 80's. I'm an old git (35) sorry but the Goldstone 'rocked' when it was full, a proper football ground. Withdean is a school sports stadium for kids.
Is it me or does Barry Lloyd sound like he's had a couple of beers on SCR tonight? Hope he's not got something nasty wrong with him or I'll feel terrible
Added to that is you total up all league attendances it come out at around 11,000 to 12,000 I think. The Gillingham and Withdean days have of course dented this massively but if you compare us to say Reading zzzzzz.... you will see how much more history and support we have compare to them. We...
1977 to 1980 average attendances were over 23,000, ah I remember those days well...so the Falmer capacity is SPOT ON in my opinion.

Obviously they...
Don't buy an Ipod they are overrated crap, I've had 2 new ones replaced by Apple since January because it just decided to stop working. Get an MP3 player that plays windows media 9 files, the Itunes software on a PC is crap as well, its slow and takes up all your system resources. Ipod will be...
Whats the betting that he plays a blinder for us then that 'massive' and well supported club Reading zzzzzzzz.......... nip in offer him a better deal and he leaves. Remember the other ginger who left? God I hate Reading, they deserve a right thrashing tomorow night make no mistake.
Not me mate, I don't get carried away with pre-season only when the real stuff begins. Lets not forget Derby were very close to going up last year and totally outplayed us last season. I agree its early days but we looked a proper Championship side for once, hardly gave the ball away and did'nt...
After the game yesterday went to a Derby pub and met three old time Derby fans from the Clough era, they were very complimentry about our performance and think we will stay up this year no problem. They said our defence was rock solid and we passed the ball as well as any team!! They could'nt...
