If anyone is looking, seetickets have put up a few tickets for tonight’s sold out MJ Lenderman gig at Chalk. I’m looking forward to it, despite middling feedback I’ve heard from people regarding him as a live performer.

I find it staggering the numbers I’ve heard people are paying to relive those experiences this summer. Oasis were already rubbish live by the time I saw them in the late 90’s. Goodness knows what they’ll be like nearly 30 years later.

My son insists on only wearing BHA 1st, 3rd and training kit and so no doubt you’ll spot us!

Don’t judge me too hard….booked a Premier Inn at Alexanderplatz. Price too good. £64 per night (5 nights total) for a family room (2 adults/2 kids).

Yeah the only London venues Fontaines have played on this tour are Alexandra Palace and Finsbury Park, both of which I dislike. I particularly remember an Oasis gig in 2002 being awful at Finsbury Park. Love Berlin and so no hardship to spend a few days in the city.

TGE was a good diversion from the football yesterday…. Dog Race by far the best thing I saw yesterday. Had a 5 min chat with the lead singer of Westside Cowboy after (they were in the audience for Dog Race). Lovely guy. Really appreciative of the reactions all week.

Great early spot - I saw them at Mutations last year after your recommendation and they were decent but their new single ‘When’ from Speedy Wunderground is absolutely superb! Very reminiscent of The Walkmen (which is a good thing imo).

Obviously Forest have a much bigger away allocation than normal - 4.5k. Looking at the map, does anyone know if there are any sections being held back? Looks like a corner of the East Stand not on sale at the moment?
