Amazon got there books yesterday but take time actually getting it into the warehouse. Waterstones and City Books definitely have the book available today

Following some comments on here about Dick's book being on Kindle I spoke to the publishers and there will be a Kindle and iBook version available. These go up the day of the book launch apparently so as to avoid them being available first.
