[Football] Men’s FA Cup Final Match Thread - KO 16.30***

I’m on a train to London. Disappointing how many got on in Palace tops and carrying Palace scarves and other paraphernalia in places like Shoreham and Portslade. At least they realise that it’s a better place to live down here and their kids might end up supporting a proper football team.

[Football] Traveling Away With The Albion Way Back When

I often travelled by train on my own. My dad worked for British Rail, so I got cheap tickets and he seemed fine with me going off all over the place while still at school! I then started working for them myself and continued my regular trips. I generally had no idea where the ground was when I...

    [Help] Train ticket query

On the basis that you can have a Senior Railcard at age 60 and retirement age is already 66, I’d imagine it would benefit quite a few (certainly me) if they were valid in the morning “rush”. I’m just glad there’s no restrictions coming back, as it saves me £10 - £15 every time I have to go into...

Insane, though, isn’t it? 2 games to go and any of the top 6 could still win it!

We are investing massively in energy. It will take time, but it’s happening.

    [Politics] Russia invades Ukraine (24/02/2022)

Can you name a country that is wholly independent in its defence? I don’t know why you keep banging the same drum apart from having nothing else to contribute.

[Football] Brighton Legends v Rockinghorse Celebrities - Woodside Rd, Worthing 22 March 2pm

Does anyone know if tickets have been issued for this? I purchased on line and have an email receipt of payment with an order number. Is someone going to be checking these order numbers at the turnstiles? There’s no printable or electronic tickets attached, so I presume so. Seems like a...

    [Politics] Russia invades Ukraine (24/02/2022)

I just don’t understand why nobody is challenging him on this. Not any of the European politicians, none of the media, just nobody. It’s utterly bizarre.

    [Politics] Russia invades Ukraine (24/02/2022)

I still haven’t seen anything regarding what Trump is expecting of Russia in his peace plan. Is he saying anything about that at all? What coercion is he applying to Russia to stop the killing? I can’t believe he’s not being challenged on this by anyone.
