Hi all, hoping I can tap into the hive mind that is NSC. Looking to hire a car early April for 15 days, flying into Newark. Does anyone have any experience or advice, especially in the current climate where car hire rates have gone through the roof? Should I book from the airport, or is there a...
Hi All,
We've booked our flights to Tokyo for next Easter, initial plan is to spend a few days there, then Osaka or Kyoto, maybe Hiroshima. Has anyone got any good tips or experience of places to visit, things to do, please. We plan to hire a car so we can be quite flexible.
TIA!
Hi All, another dip into the collective wisdom of NSC, if I may....
Mrs Igzilla and I are considering purchasing a second home in Italy (probably Umbria), with the intention of using it to generate some additional income through holiday lets, and for ourselves during the quiet periods (long...
Hi All, hoping that the collective experience of NSC can help me find a reliable person (or small firm) to carry out some work in my garden (removal of concrete path and garden shed, for starters), in the Worthing area. We did have one guy last year based in Arundel, but he's now dropped off the...
This is disturbing and has echoes of what's been going on in Croyden. Hope they catch this sick ****er.

So, just heard that the traffic lights at Buckbarn on the A24 are going to be replaced, after a "rodent infestation". Alongside this, other "improvement works" will take place, taking 11 weeks and causing long tailbacks at all approaches, as the lights will not be "as responsive" as usual.
Now...

Words fail me. This poor little boy never received anything resembling justice, and what little he did get has now gone.
Apologies if fixtures.
I think Aspinall talks a lot of sense.

How do insurance companies come to their valuations? Do they just run an internet search or use Parkers? Lady Igzilla's van got written off this morning by a drunk driver ramming her off the A27 - she spun round 5 times and took out a road sign and was lucky she wasn't killed. We got the van for...
At the risk of being called a licker, I think we should be rather proud of Nathan. He seems to be highly regarded in the wider football world.

Having a look on Statto.com, and it shows there have been three equal goal droughts in the past, each lasting six games, in 1922, 1924 and 1970.
Firstly, presumably in the games bookending each of these goal droughts, time passed since the last goal was scored and the next one, so does anyone...
I'm sorry, but when does doing something once every quarter, like oh I don't know, going to an orgy, be considered rare?
How many orgies do you go to a year?
