well - that's not my photo - but I took a load in there. It's like any game, if you take in a huge, pro camera they'll stop you. If it's a little one you'll be OK. I think those 'quarterlight' things are clear plastic. Which end are you at? We where at the north end. Just outside the entrance...

Can't forget our playoff final a couple of years ago. Hope your result is better than ours was. Fingers crossed they close the roof - especially if it's going to be raining. Wonderful stadium and atmosphere.... Photo from cardiff
