Hmm very confused.. I'm finally online, I've logged on, I'm a s/t holder but I was on holiday so couldn't reserve mine in time. Now i'm on it only says I can purchase my reserved seats which I haven't got, not buy any.. :S

Ugh.. been trying to get online since 8.30, have several people ringing and clicking for me, and still nothing! Getting ready to cry! :(
