Same here. We get a lot of people coming to the rockery just to see the frogs and tadpoles. Infact several NSC members have taken frogspawn home in the past after contacting me. It's pretty worrying that i've not seen a single frog (or toad) in any of the 3 ponds in Preston Park.

My mum is doing something called Ginger Grundy....a recipe that was given to her decades ago. It's a ginger biscuit base with whipped cream, stem ginger and pineapple folded in Probably one of the best desserts i've ever tasted
