Reading through this thread its nice to see that we've converted some people to our way of thinking. All respect to those of you who braved the weather and the long journey to gigg on wednesday and I suppose , if we were to look on the positive side of things for both of us, the extra cash we...
I doubt it as two of the people stood with me bought a Brighton scarf and a hat to wear to make sure we blended in. Fc er with the scarf gave it to the Brighton fan for his son, not sure where the hat ended up.
To be fair I can understand peoples grief regarding this, we had been told before the game about the over zealous stewarding at your ground so was expecting problems as we like to stand. It must seem like one rule for them and one for us to you, but as I am not at your ground week in week out I...
I seriously can't see why you can't, they are not giving people much time to get a ticket sorted out and as red til dead stated the away section holds around 1300 and there's no way any fc fans will be in there. It would be simpler all round, but then again when is anything ever made simple.
Its full and sometimes has a reserve list for most aways, we filled three forum coaches on saturday.
There are others who run mini buses every game though as well, just a suggestion if enough of you wanted to go.
Its not often I get to view our supporters from an outsiders point of view, but I was in J stand yesterday. I was as proud of that lot s non stop singing as I was of the lads on the pitch.
And for whoever it was who said about away support being different to home support, well not for us its...
People have been going in the away end of other clubs since forever, even at United we get away fans in other parts of the ground.
Its not like the 70's and 80's when you used to get large numbers doing it just so they could say they'd done it or brag about 'taking' some one else's end.
The...
Went to see St Pauli in may when FC were invited there as part of their centenary celebrations. Have nothing but praise for the set up they have there.
Was able to stand on a terrace, a pint in one hand and a fag in the other. Bliss.

Apparently they are going on open sale tomorrow.
If this is true, don't suppose one one you kind chaps on here would get me two would they ?
I am not a hoolie by the way, I am a lady of considerable years who would be coming up with her 18 year old son, 18 today may I add, would make a nice...
Sorry if this has already been asked but, we're hearing rumours that more tickets are being made available. Does anyone know anything about this or is it just more speculation ?
Only asking as we are booked on the coach even tho' we have no tickets but wasn't going to bother as its now going...
What about revenue from food sales etc, does that go to you ?
When we play cup games and have to share the gate we lose money. We do have a couple of our own bars though that we run ourselves. Everything else goes to them.
I've heard about the parking bit, but I can't see how it can be enforced, how do you know who's parked up to go to the game or for some other reason ?
Sounds like a right ball ache its no wonder you can't wait to get out.
