Just thinking, could put up a list / picture of 3 or 4 designs and vote and collect money.

Discussed before BUT we need to put a paypal or some other fund up and running to collect money for some banner's / flags. A few good spots in the ground. Can and does anyone know how to set a fund up. Already seen some good art works for banners.
