    [News] Nigel Farage and Reform

I speak as a local govt officer for a northern lower tier council (accepting this is only my opinion). His plan to be grow the vote has succeeded exponentially, but I fear many coerced candidates will wake up in the morning fearing wtf have they done. For the hours you need to put in the...

    [News] Nigel Farage and Reform

If? The fact is the govt inherited an absolute shitshow and have laid down an early marker which why might have not been popular as it needed time which obviously the public have voted against with their feet. Farage has exploited the unpopular start to a labour govt and now finds himself in an...

    [News] Nigel Farage and Reform

Exactly this. Floods of reports of candidates saying they weren’t into politics 2 months ago plunged into running and now find themselves as councillors with zero experience. Blind voting by the public puts them in positions they didn’t want as they just wanted to draw attention to a party to...

I live way oop north so don’t get to many home games probably about 20 in total but many more aways. Ironically tho of the first set of five listed I was at 1, 2 and 5 in that list plus the St Patrick’s day massacre, Wigan, WBA first prem game and AEK just to address the imbalance! Stats of me...

[Misc] Is it me or are shoes SHIT

A bit of an older person response here. Since Covid I’ve vowed not to wear school shoes (or (uniform) to work again but have some Clarks brogues that last for donkeys. They’ll do for interviews and funerals. Otherwise I’ve got Merrells for everyday walking, you just can’t go wrong

500 miles Replace Bella Emberg with Tariq Lamptey (also works with Neal Maupay so maybe a combo?)

    [Albion] Neal Maupay appreciation thread

What I love is that even when he had a streak of not scoring he was still managing to get shots on target. There’s been some pretty smart saves to stop him adding to that tally. Try 500 miles by the proclaimers - swap the da da da bit with Neal Maupay!
