    [Albion] Olivier Boscagli

One of our former players was such a waste of money he was listed on Ebay for £1 by one of our supporters with a keen eye for football talent. He made 187 appearances for the club in total. One current NSC member took a long leave of absence and returned under a different alias, having spent a...

    [Food] Tomato and chilli/pepper growing

Possibly too much heat, if the curl has occurred after the hot weather. They may need moving back a little from the window on hot days. With the flowers starting to appear a weekly feed would be useful. I have a couple hanging in from last year in a really sorry state for now and have two new...

    [Albion] Gross effect

What a question! How do you replace the irreplaceable? Well you have to evolve, which I think we have. We missed his experience and guile a number of times this season, but at the same time a few others are starting to take more responsibility and expand their game.

    [Misc] Electric Cars

If the Kia works the same way as my Hyundai, adaptive cruise control does not recognise stationery cars, which is definetly something to watch out for, when you are letting it just do its own thing.

[Football] Man Utd Fly To Asia On Post-Season Tour

What would be the point of that? The manager wants more phyiscal presence, the best preparation is surely a pre-season team bonding punch up via a mini Irish tour.

[Politics] Protests/rioting in lots of places

I am going to make a bold assumption here based on nothing, but my own prejudices. Those on her side may also have been saying the equivalent of "Yes I agree they deserve this"

Yes - the 2025 model. No issues to date, but I have only had it about 6 weeks. If you are buying an older model, maybe check if the software update has been applied via recall.

I have a Hypervolt, which works seamlessly with Octopus. For installation I can recommend https://www.orio.me/

[Albion] New Car Park @ the Amex (VIP's only)

Was just trawling this thread to see if anyone had suggested this. Seems more than a coincidence

    [Humour] Shorts, they length conundrum....

I am a fan of the sling bag. Basically a small rucksack worn over one shoulder like a mexican gunslinger carrying ammo. Just don't carry the bag bit on the front otherwise you look like a terrified tourist.

    [Humour] Shorts, they length conundrum....

I think short length is about finding a style which suits you and your height and leg length will have a major impact on what works. Where I am struggling as an old fart is the return of the sock. It took me quite a few years to adopt and adapt the trainer sock look and now young folk are...

Can you change option 1 to Dean Saunders style please?

After that crazy own goal renaming the BYD Seagull to the Eco Dolphin, Toyota steps in with the newly renamed Toyota BZ, obviously in honour of the legendary striker. Have to hope they follow this with a Toyota Mitoma. https://www.theverge.com/news/665241/toyota-bz4x-bz-update-range-battery-design

    [Albion] Slade in Flame

I bloody love Slade. Modern music production standards and voice coaches mean that you rarely if ever hear raw powerful voices like that of Noddy Holder. More fantastic songs than they ever seem to be given credit for and I regret that I have never seen them live.

[Travel] Newcastle to Brighton direct train service

Never sure if you drop off the edge of the world there into oblivion or even worse pass into Kent, which is quite possibly a worse fate.

What are you talking about? They never stopped these. Still a regular part of the evening match service via Falmer.

[Travel] Newcastle to Brighton direct train service

The old services if I recall correctly were Brighton to Edinburgh and Manchester. These used to go via the West London line that passes through Kensington Olympia. They became delay central as it became easier to delay one long distance service continuously rather than multiple "local" services...

[Albion] No one knew these two on holiday….

Dude you must be hanging around in the wrong places. Last time I was in Dubrovnik, we watched a Brighton game on the TV in a bar. On the next table was Solly March's sister and a bunch of her friends.
