As many people have suggested, the employer has to sort you out but does not necessarily have to cover your missed contributions. I’d imagine it will be more likely, the greater the number of people they have messed up.

Just made similar points when completing the survey:
- chanting more or less died out in grounds but not that uncommon on trains/roads outside

Good spot … exactly the same here. The “supporter number” quoted on the ticket is 7 digits v our 8 digit fan numbers so can’t be the same thing. I’m not going to worry about it.
