A hedgehog has started visiting us in a suburban street in Hove, can’t remember the last time I saw one other than in the countryside. There are a couple of parks etc nearby but not sure where he lives.
We have some gaps in the fence he can get through and we’ve now been leaving food out which...
I appreciate this is a very political topic, but this whole thing about the gender pay gap in cricket does wind me up.

I’m not an enormous fan of the Hundred anyway, but actually do watch some women’s cricket. But to suggest there...
In an attempt to reverse the obvious gloom around Saturday, I was trying to think of when number 7 had been lucky in an Albion (or other) context.
So for starters I recall in 76/7 scoring 7 against York and Walsall within just a few weeks of each other. Happy days!
Inspired by a comment on another thread, it got me thinking how many times I'd been on the pitch at the Albion, and for me it was just the popular 2 - Doncaster and Wigan.
Anyone with more interesting tales to tell than those 2? (*immunity from banning orders cannot be guaranteed, comment at...
Parking for Arsenal is sold out. And has been for a while.
Several days ago I listed my Arsenal parking ticket which it said would be listed once the ‘match’, which I assume means parking for the match, has been sold out. Which it has.
If I look in my account, that parking ticket has not been...
There must be more to this than I am reading but for the life of me the value and attraction of this ‘artwork’ totally baffles me.

If anyone is interested I’d be happy to knock up some copies at a fraction of the price, you can even have...
I have a spare standing ticket for this Saturday. Free to a good home, maybe you can make a small charitable donation but I won’t be asking for evidence!
I’ve got a couple of tickets for sale in the Tom Dollery lounge, which are basically the best seats in the stadium (apart from the hospitality ones). It’s behind the bowler’s arm and you get use of the member’s lounge behind with its own cafe, bar etc. They are in row B, block 233, aisle seat...
60 acre site acquired near the current stadium:

The off-field plans seem to be in marked contrast with what’s currently going on on the pitch!
It’s been a while since I sold tickets on there but I did for the Arsenal game. I noticed that the admin fee is now a whopping 10%, so for two tickets and parking that’s £13.50! I’m sure it just used to be £1 per ticket, it must have changed without me noticing.
I know there are bigger issues...

In the 80s and 90s loads of the great players seemed to use a Duncan Fearnley bat. I had one myself, but never quite reached to those heights, did score a few 50s in Sussex League cricket with it though!

Eye watering, spending their way to the top 4 it seems and getting away with it. They have rich owners to cover it, but sounds like they are on the edge of FFP etc:

We have 2 tickets for this on Sunday March 3rd but probably can’t go following my missus breaking her arm and having it put in a cast. Doesn’t need an operation, luckily, but we are having to cancel a few things at the moment.
Please let me know if interested - they are circle row A, cost £56...

Far too many English clubs on there - interesting to see that Villa are 7th, Everton 8th and Palace 11th on the list (which is global), and Villa were in the Championship for some of those years too! It makes you wonder how some of these clubs get...
