when i load up editor, it only takes a minute as oposed 2 the normal 2 hours then it says a error has come on. has this happened 2 any1 eles, or know how to fix it???

On the front page it says 3,380 members, but i know for a fact i started at least 5 accounts. I only use this one but if every1 had, say 3, then they're would only member roughly 1000 actual different user????? Discuss!!
