Parking is ridiculous... no season ticket, very few spaces released on scheduled day, sell out in minutes, maybe a lottery of some later releases but no schedule/system as to when that might be, shocking stewarding/exit from car parks etc... So much good stuff about the Amex... parking is not...

Which is why the club call them Season Ticket Points.

Perhaps they should contact the club and ask what happened, and check they haven't bought something they are not entitled to?

The ticket, their tier 1 ticket that they are entitled to, or have they already bought that, and this is another one which they then allocated to someone in Tier 2 ?
