[Albion] One day for STH 1 tickets to be resold for £400 each

Just trying to earn a living? They've got the money to buy the tickets in the first place. Anyone with a bit of spare cash could make a fortune doing this. Thankfully, most people have some morals.

[Albion] One day for STH 1 tickets to be resold for £400 each

Weird logic. If tickets weren't bought up en masse and sold at a huge profit on secondary ticketing websites there'd still be just as many people able getting into the events. They just wouldn't be paying over the odds to the scumbag making easy money. There are secondary websites like Twickets...

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

Aside from the safe standing area, were people standing up behind the goal last time? Couple of short arses so seated is better for us.

[Albion] Wembley SF Ticket Purchase Priority

Perhaps because they don't know what they're missing. FA Cup semi-finals on club grounds were great - getting to Wembley was a huge prize in itself because it was such a rarity. Made the Final far more special. Now, it's just an opportunity for fans to get fleeced again a few weeks later.

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi - JOINS AS NEW HEAD COACH (4 year contract)

I’d agree with their need for the goalie. Be surprising if they stump up as much as we would demand for Sanchez though judging by their recent transfer business.

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi - JOINS AS NEW HEAD COACH (4 year contract)

    Really? They’re skint.

    [Albion] Jeremy Sarmiento

Agreed. 6 weeks for a broken bone to heal usually - and then he's got to get back up to speed.

    [Albion] Jeremy Sarmiento

What a pain. Lots of games coming up and he's the youngster best suited right now to come on and make an attacking impact in support of the strikers. Hope the recovery goes well.

[Football] Premier League Clubs use of private jets

I doubt Premier League football clubs are any different to all the other big companies that use air travel as a matter of course. Probably a very small contributor to emissions by comparison but all those dull businesses don't make for a good story.

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

The delay is weird when it's so obvious United should play on the Sunday because of their European involvement. Makes me think City are kicking off about having to play on the Saturday.

    [Albion] Disturbing direct debit development.

The email confirming my season ticket direct debit has just come through and it's £56.25 a month. A figure that struck a chord immediately. Will happily pay £56.26 if necessary...

[Albion] What date will our semi final be played on?

The Europa League business surely means it's Sunday. Even without that, it's by far the more attractive game which would point to Sunday for the TV companies too. Not going to be much interest in the City match after the first goal goes in.

    [Albion] Sanchez handball/red card?

The angle from the side and behind him (viewing from about 5 o'clock angle) just isn't conclusive enough for a red card. Unless you're looking directly along the 18 yard line, impossible to tell whether all of the ball was outside all of the line. I'd be hacked off if VAR started getting...

[Albion] It's nice to be nice

Delighted to see those responses. Showed the class of this club. For me, anyone that can't appreciate just how amazing Grimsby have been in the Cup this season isn't really a proper football fan. Their type of cup run is what it's all about. Totally different when we play Manchester United at...

    [Albion] FA Cup Semi-Final v Man Utd - 4:30pm, Sunday 23rd April

Depends how cocky they are about getting to the final. Some will save the money.

    [Football] Chris Kavanagh

I don't agree with referees overseeing teams from their own area as, regardless of who they support, they still have to go out in public and may feel the consequences of big decisions. That's got to bring a danger of unconscious bias. No blame attached to Kavanagh on this one though. Both...

    [Football] MAN UNITED V FULHAM

Rationally, have to root for a Fulham win. We’re a better team and could have battered them in the home game. Football’s irrational unfortunately - but we’d have a better chance, for sure. Though United are poor again today, they’ve got much more quality and experience of the big occasions.

[Albion] During the match light 'show'

I'm with you. The game would have to continue. Two goals, a ref, two assistants... game on. Although the Premier League linos might have a shock reverting to the old-fashioned method of having to make quick calls without Stockley Park to bail them out.

[Albion] Was the atmosphere last night a bit underwhelming ?

If you've not seen the darts and only heard the song, that's pretty much impossible to sing along with for anyone whose balls have dropped.
