Well that depends on what you consider justice doesn't it ?. I don't consider him being able to live a life even if it is in captivity where he will still have access to all sorts of privileges justice. Apart from a "Thou shalt not kill" view, what reason would you have for keeping him alive ?

Absolutely, there are crimes where there is absolutely no question of guilt, this being one, Lee Rigby killers, Fred West etc. and IMO they forfeit their right to life and it serves no purpose whatsoever to keep them alive. Listening to the judge now is very upsetting.
