most of you will have heard of this today [School choices]

Well yes I'd like that. But I live in Brighton, right by Preston Park station and about 1 kilomtere from Stringer / Varnedean, but I'm in the catchment area for Blatchington Mill and Hove Park. How does that work? When we moved back to Brighton we were within 100 yards of Balfour, but our...

Thats telly programe thats on now with that Dr Who bloke on it

I really enjoyed it and thought it was very good, but in my opinion it had an unrealisticly happy ending. I am sure that there are some happy endings but I think that the majority of such scenarios have altogether bleaker prospects for relationships to be rebuilt.

    playoffs then??

Old cliche but one game at a time. Remember when we beat Sunderland and Millwall in the 2004/05 season in the Championship and we were 10 points or so off the play-offs. A similar time of year and a simlar number of points / games played. And in the end we were a whisker away from relegation...

preston park area- anyone else just hear a steam trian?

We all looked out of our window at it at PP station (our house is so close that our windows are stained by the smoke from the steam engine days). There was a fire tender filling it up with water. We could see the fire and EVERYTHING! TOOT TOOT!

    Whats the largest crowd ..............

I was in a crowd of around 71,000 at Stamford Bridge when Chelsea beat Leeds 3-1 in March 1971. I was only little and couldn't see much from the terraces! My brother is a Chelsea supporter.
