I'm on ntl broadband at home. Recently the server's been down more often than not, and often slow even when it's running. Does anyone know whether this is just a local glitch, or more widespread? Is it just temporary, or is it time to find another provider?

I'd only want Archer's money if it was given unwillingly, or in his will with no strings attached. If the hypothetical suggestion came from him then the answer would have to be no.
