Great ... thanks @Thunder Bolt ... I've only used the exchange a couple of times before and thought the refund was quicker. I've recently changed banks and wondered if I'd used wrong bank details for the refund ... so thanks for the reassurance (y)

Sold my Fulham ticket on the exchange too in West Upper. Mind you, I haven't had my refund as yet - which usually comes through pretty quick. Have you had your refund?
