Tribunal hearings - technically open to the public, but in practice all those who turn up have an involvement of some kind. Preparation is definitely easier at home, for me at least.

Not for me, in fact the opposite. My work is quite detail based and requires evidence analysis when preparing for hearings - I find that much easier, and am therefore more productive, in my quiet house than in a bustling office.
