    Daily leg stretches, the spiky ball rolling, calf rolling, all help sort it out, but it's not going to be a quick thing. I'm three weeks into dealing with acute Achilles tendonopathy and the reckon it'll be another three before it's back to normal. Honestly, visit a physio if you can afford it...
