That was very odd. Bellingham is a little over a year older than Ferguson and currently the main man at Real Madrid, having already had a stint at one of the the biggest clubs in Europe. If Evan wants to follow that path, he's already running late.
I'd be hoping for a decent League 1 side if we don't feel he's ready for the Championship. I think for Ben White it was different; due to his relatively slight stature, a year in L2 made sense to toughen him up. Not so sure that's the case with Ferguson.
